If you believe that eternally liberated Goloka residents bloop from the spiritual world, you’ll have to consider that Krishna is lying to us when He says in Bhagavad-gita that once having gone home to the spiritual world, one never returns.

Obviously, nitya-siddha devotees don’t “go to” the spiritual world. They are already there. Krishna is speaking the Gita HERE, in the material world, to conditioned souls. He tells them that a soul in the material world that goes back to Godhead does not return to this material world. One dose of material existence does the trick!
