How can we present the process of Krishna Consciousness to frustrated people taking to activism that makes sense to them and is integrated with our communities’ solutions?
I agree with you that governments are extremely corrupt, shamelessly so. I believe the nascent activism, as in Occupy Wall Street, is a very positive sign. Once people begin waking up to the disgusting level of corruption, once they decide they want to improve the world, then we can easily converse with these people and try to persuade them of the Krishna conscious solution to our problems. When people are simply dull and inert, it is hard to engage them. But people who want to make the world a better place, who want to promote virtue over crass selfishness, are good candidates to hear about Krishna conscious solutions.
