Question
Different religions make different claims about meat eating, some recommend it, others merely limit it by excluding pigs or blood. Who is to decide what is right?
Answer

Although we cannot understand God simply by mundane reasoning, a revelation should be reasonable.
Our attitude toward animals is not based solely on a scripture. It is objectively and rationally appropriate. Terrorists claim to be following their priests and scriptures but their behavior is grossly inappropriate and therefore incompatible with any serious religious claim. The same is true for the inhumane, vicious treatment of animals.
