In fact, Prabhupada installed Radha-Kṛṣṇa in Los Angeles. He also gave the temple the name New Dvārakā for several reasons. Like Dvārakā, Los Angeles faces the sea and the west. It is also a rich city. Then the devotees named the Deities Rukmini-Dvārakādhīṣa. At least, that’s how I understand it.

Since Rukminī is an expansion of Rādhā, they are the same person. Personally, I am worshiping those Deities for more than 50 years and have always seen them as Rādhā-Kṛṣṇa.
